CT2WILD (ct2wild.com) is operated by D&L Project56 EOOD, Bulgaria.
When you subscribe, we store your email address, signup time and newsletter consent in a protected file on our hosting server, outside the public website. A keyed hash of the connection address is used to limit repeated signups; the newsletter file does not store your raw IP address. Signup does not send an email immediately. We use the address for CT2WILD updates. To withdraw consent or request deletion, contact us at the address below.
Lina is an AI guide. Messages are sent to our server and processed by Google Vertex AI to generate answers. If you choose a voice call, microphone audio is processed for the conversation and a text transcript is created. Conversation transcripts and any contact details you choose to provide can be saved on our server when you close or leave the conversation, or finish a call. Do not include sensitive personal information. You can ask us to delete a conversation using the contact address below. A fixed automatic deletion period has not yet been configured.
Your entry and exit dates are stored only in your browser's local storage. The counter does not submit those dates to our server. If you copy a sharing link, the dates are encoded in that link; share it only with people you choose.
Google Analytics is enabled after five seconds on a visible page and a user interaction. It can use cookies to measure visits and actions such as opening Lina or clicking a contact link; message text is not included in those analytics events. Lina keeps the conversation in browser session storage. YouTube embeds load after you choose to play and may set cookies. Map pages request tiles from OpenStreetMap and the map library from a CDN; those services receive your connection address when requested.
Some links on the Resources page are affiliate links, disclosed with "(affiliate)". We earn a commission if you purchase through them at no extra cost to you.
